SHIPPING POLICY

BODILE ships domestically (Australian-wide) with Australia Post, and internationally with Australia Post, Sendle and DHL. All BODILE orders will ship from Perth, Western Australia.

Domestic orders will be delivered with Australia Post Express & Parcel Post services. Shipping rates are available upon checkout. All domestic orders over $150 will ship via Parcel Post + Signature free of charge. Free Express Post + Signature is available for orders over $200AUD. Pick-up is available upon request at checkout. Please contact shop@bodile.com for more information.

Please note: if your order is not picked up within two weeks of you receiving your pickup notification, we will need to cancel your order.

International orders will be delivered with Australia Post or DHL Express. Shipping rates are available upon checkout.

Our free shipping rates are as follows:
International Standard - $250AUD
International Express - $300AUD
DHL Express - $400AUD

Most international orders over $250 will ship via International Standard free of charge. Free DHL Express shipping is available for most orders over $400AUD. Some international orders may need to go with Sendle, depending on your shipping zone.

PLEASE NOTE: Australia Post Standard International is not available for these countries - Mexico, Monaco, Mongolia & Canada (as of Dec 2024). Please contact shop@bodile.com for more information.

Remote areas will incur an additional surcharge of $15AUD. We will contact you if this is the case. Some areas may be considered remote due to a lack of couriers, the distance of the nearest DHL Express depot, incorrect address, or if you have selected a PO box as the address. 

Orders placed prior to 9:00 AM AWST Monday to Friday will normally be dispatched the same day, or the following business day if purchased over the weekend or on a public holiday. Please note some order processing may take longer than others in the event of unprecedented demand or low staffing.

Orders will be held in the event of a fraudulence notification, out of stock product, order issue etc.. Customers will always be contacted in these events, mainly through email. BODILE reserves the right to cancel orders after 48 hours of no contact.

Depending on the destination country and purchase value of your order, you may be required to pay duties and taxes. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for this charge, not BODILE. Should you require further information regarding duties and taxes please contact your local customs office.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTY CHARGES 

Customs duty and tax charges may be applied (based on the Country of import) and are payable by the recipient. DHL Express orders almost always require duty payments, as they are a courier service.

Please be aware of any local customs, duties & taxes your government may charge on your order. BODILE sends Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). If duty is left unpaid, BODILE have the right to request a return to sender for the parcel, else the parcel will be destroyed. Once arrived, the unpaid order will be refunded to the customer’s account. All additional charges that BODILE must pay on behalf of the customer will be deducted from this refund (shipping, duties, etc.).

  • Customs or import duties are charged once an order reaches its destination (delivery country). Please regularly check for communication regarding this from either your local post service, or DHL Express.
  • Import tax and duty must be paid by the recipient. The cost varies widely depending on where you live. Please check your local post service website for more information regarding import from Australia, preferably prior to purchase.

  • BODILE has no control over these charges and cannot speculate what the cost may be. All charges are levied.

United States

For our U.S based customers, shipments over $1,000USD may be asked to supply their Social Security Number (SSN) for tax purposes. This is required for some shipments to prevent return to sender and to be charged the appropriate duty & taxes amount.

Please be mindful of scam behaviour. Ensure the sender is the postal service your order was sent with before supplying the information.

All official DHL Express emails end with @dhl.com.

All official USPS emails always end with @usps.gov.

Please don't hesitate to contact us at shop@bodile.com to confirm the legitimacy of contact from your postal carrier after receiving notification.

BODILE will never ask for your Social Security Number to forward to the postal carrier on your behalf.

How do I see shipping rates, and/or select my shipping service?

Please press the check out button and fill your address out, to view all available shipping rates for your location.

How long will my order take to be delivered?

Order processing normally takes place between 1-2 days. Shipping rates vary, as mentioned above. Please check in with your local postal service for all times of shipment between Western Australia and your location.

My order is taking a long time to process. Is there a problem?

In the event of longer order processing, please don’t hesitate to contact shop@bodile.com to ensure there are no problems with your order.

I want to make a return! Who is responsible for return shipping costs?

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. Please select your cheapest possible shipping option to Australia for all returns. Please see our returns policy for more information.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • BODILE are unable to modify or cancel processed orders, this applies to both in stock or pre-sale items.
  • If your order is returned to sender, shipping costs will be required to re-ship.

What is Order Protection?

OrderProtection.com covers your order for every major issue that can occur during shipping. Your order will be protected against loss, damage, theft, wrong items, defective items and missing items.

If something goes wrong during shipping, you can quickly file a claim in a few clicks. You'll receive a refund or reshipment if your claim is approved.

To protect your order, make sure Order Protection is toggled on in your cart.

How do I purchase Order Protection?

In your cart, there is a toggle to turn Order Protection on or off. Turn on Order Protection to purchase protection for your order! If you have protection turned on, you will see it appear as a line item during check out.

How do I file a claim with Order Protection?

Please note that you’ll only be able to file a claim if you purchased Order Protection when placing your order.

Please use your FULL order number to create a claim. It will be BODILE followed by your order number (e.g. BODILE12345).

What does Order Protection cover?

OrderProtection.com covers your order for loss, damage, theft, wrong items, defective items and missing items.

How much does Order Protection cost?

Order Protection varies in cost, depending on the value of your order. It is automatically calculated.

How long does it take for my claim to get resolved?

You’ll typically get a response within an hour, and most claims are resolved that same day. OrderProtection.com has 24/7 support staff so you can expect responses and communication around the clock.

I didn’t add Order Protection to my order, but I need to make a claim.

How long do I have to make a claim?

You can submit a claim 30-45 days from the date you placed your order, depending on the claim type.
