SHIPPING POLICY
PLEASE NOTE: DUE TO COVID-19 THERE MAY BE UNEXPECTED DELAYS ON ALL ORDERS BOTH AUSTRALIA WIDE & INTERNATIONAL
Any discounts will be added at checkout. Please be aware of any local customs, duties & taxes your government may charge on your order . BODILE sends Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU)
BODILE ships Australia-wide with Australia Post & Sendle, internationally with Australia Post, Sendle and DHL.
BODILE delivers nationwide with Australia Post Express & Parcel Post services. Australian orders over $150 will ship free of charge. Free express shipping is available for orders over $200AUD.
International orders will be delivered with Australia Post or DHL Express. Shipping rates are available upon checkout. Free DHL Express shipping is available for orders over $350AUD. Some international orders may need to go with Sendle, depending on your shipping zone. We will contact you if this is the case.
FLAT RATES FOR DHL EXPRESS
USA, CANADA, EUROPE, UK - $35AUD - up to 1kg
NEW ZEALAND - $25AUD - up to 1kg
ASIA - $30AUD - up to 1kg
Some areas may not be eligible for this flat rate.
Remote areas will incur an additional surcharge. We will contact you if this is the case.
Orders placed prior to 12.00 PM AWST will be dispatched same day or the following business day if purchased over the weekend or on a public holiday. Once dispatched, domestic orders will be delivered within 1-3 business days, depending on your location. International express orders will be delivered within 1-7 business days, depending on your location. Economy parcels will take 10-30 business days, depending on your location.
Depending on the destination country and purchase value of your order, you may be required to pay duties and taxes. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for this charge, not BODILE. Should you require further information regarding duties and taxes please contact your local customs office.
Under no circumstance is BODILE able to accept any orders back due to the rejection of customs charges. In accordance with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items.

- NEW ZEALAND - EXPRESS DHL (3-5 Business days after dispatch)
INTERNATIONAL
- INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS DHL (3-7 Business days after dispatch)
All parcels require a signature upon delivery. If the address provided is unattended, an attempted delivery card will be left or DHL will contact you via email. Your parcel will be redelivered the following day with an option to reschedule the delivery.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTY CHARGES
Customs duty and tax charges may be applied (based on the Country of import) and are payable by the recipient.
- Customs or import duties are charged once an order reaches its destination (delivery country).
- Charges must be paid by the recipient and vary widely from country to country.
- If a BODILE order is not picked up from Customs, the customer will be refunded excluding the difference for the cost of return back to sender upon return to BODILE.
- BODILE has no control over these charges and cannot speculate what the cost may be. All charges are levied.
- We recommend contacting your local customs office before ordering to avoid any unforeseen charges.
PLEASE NOTE;
- BODILE cannot be held responsible for the service, delays or delivery by the postal service.
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- BODILE are unable to modify or cancel processed orders, this applies to both in stock or pre-sale items.
- If your order is returned to sender, shipping costs will be required to re-ship.
