ACCOUNT AND ORDERING

An email address and phone number are all you need to start the order process. We recommend that you register for a BODILE account to view your orders and past purchases the save your details for a faster check out in the future.

Once your order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation email. You can also view this in MY ACCOUNT for customers who were logged in when placing their order. If any details on your order confirmation email are incorrect, please contact shop@bodile.com immediately.

First step is to check your junk folder and make sure that shop@bodile.com is in the safe senders list of your email account. This will prevent the anti-spam filter from blocking future communications. If this doesn't work, the next step is to contact us as there may be errors with the email address you submitted. (keep your font consistent – whichever one you choose)

If you have changed your mind, ordered an incorrect item, size or colour, and would like to cancel or amend an order, please contact shop@bodile.com as soon as possible for assistance. Please note, orders which have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

Occasionally when the online boutique has a high volume of clients completing their purchase, our stock levels may not be up to date at that time. This is extremely rare. If this occurs to an item in your order, you will be notified by shop@bodile.com and offered a suitable replacement or a full refund.

To reset your password, click the “Forgot your password?” link on the SIGN IN page. Please note, for security reasons we are unable to send your old password via email.

In your account you can amend your default address or add a new address. If you need to change your personal details, please contact shop@bodile.com and we will be able to assist you further.

SHIPPING

BODILE ships Australia-wide with Australia Post and internationally with SENDLE and DHL.

BODILE delivers nationwide with Australia Post Express for a flat rate of $10.International orders will be delivered with DHL Express and rates will be available upon checkout. Economy parcels will be sent with Sendle – rates also available upon checkout.

Orders placed prior to 12.00 PM AWST will be dispatched same day or the following business day if purchased over the weekend or on a public holiday. Once dispatched, domestic orders will be delivered within 1-3 business days, depending on your location. International express orders will be delivered within 1-7 business days, depending on your location. Economy parcels will take 10-27 business days, depending on your location.

Depending on the destination country and purchase value of your order, you may be required to pay duties and taxes. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for this charge, not BODILE. Should you require further information regarding duties and taxes please contact your local customs office.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any store pick-ups as a delivery option. All orders purchased online will be delivered to the address entered at checkout.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

Yes, you can purchase an e-gift card which can only be used online. The e-gift card will be emailed to your recipient's inbox to use straight away. The email will contain a link which has the gift card along with your personalised message. Gift cards are not returnable, redeemable for cash and are valid for three years from the date of purchase. E-Gift vouchers can only be redeemed online at checkout and are not valid in any stores that may stock BODILE items.

We accept Amex, Visa and Mastercard, PayPal and all payments available through Shopifypay.

STOCK AVAILABILITY

You can register your interest by selecting your desired size and clicking “Notify Me When Available”. We will notify you via email if more stock becomes available.

BODILE collections are generally Limited Edition but depending on the garment and fabric we may be able to restock in-demand styles. If the garment has been removed online, sadly it will not be restocked.

When shopping with BODILE you will notice that some styles are available for pre-order. This means you can purchase the product first before it arrives in our warehouse and guarantee your purchase before it sells out! 

At the time you place your order, you will be required to pay the full RRP to secure your pre-order.

Pre-order products are subject to different delivery dates which will display on the product page. Delivery dates are subject to change and our customer care team will be in touch should there be any unexpected delays with your order.

Standard return and exchange policies apply to all pre-orders.
