Loving hand made over many hours from Australian 100% baby Merino Wool.  Triangle crochet design developed to be soft, light and easy to wrap over leotards, sauna pants, tights and skirts for extra warmth - adding ballerina style without being too bulky or long.

BODILE LEOFORME™ has been developed for support and shape. This medium weight fabric has a high 25% lycra content for extra body shaping, compression and coverage with a demi matt finish.

Amazing shawl!!!

The Ballerina Shawl in Pixie was the best investment I have made in my dancewear wardrobe. I love it. So soft. The colors are beautiful and made so well. I am completely in love with the shawl and plan on purchasing more.

THE BALLERINA SHAWL

This beautiful shawl was made to order for me and I was so excited to receive it. A wonderfully hand made artisanal piece, a true indulgence and so worth it! I adore this shawl. The shape and length allows for wrapping many ways,I love the fringe, and the loose weave means you can see a contrasting pop of coloured Leo or tight underneath if desired. The shawl also looks great as a fashion piece eg I wear mine as a light wrap of an evening with a strapless dress and red lippy! The level of warmth the shawl provides is exactly right, but for me personally? As I have very sensitive skin and often develop itching from wool and cashmere fibres- this shawl does not irritate me AT ALL, even when sweating! For example I can start class with my shawl wrapped around my neck/ bare shoulders, then transfer to waist/ hips without my skin reddening whatsoever, a major win from where I sit. A forever piece and already much treasured.Now pondering a purchase of the pink variation! I have been looking for a wrap around shawl warm-up for years and finally I have found the perfect one! Bodile has created the ultimate wrap with its perfect sizing, weight and non-bulky shape. My favourite thing about it though has to be the merino wool fabric, because it makes a huge difference to the warmth that the wrap supplies. The newest staple in my wardrobe, I haven’t taken it off since buying it! I couldn’t recommend anything more ***
