WHOLESALE TERMS & CONDITIONS 

BODILE® RETAILERS SALES AGREEMENT

By completing the BODILE Wholesale Application on www.bodile.com you (the retailer) are deemed to have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions. These terms and conditions apply to all wholesale orders.

MINIMUM SPEND & ACTIVE STOCKIST REQUIREMENTS

The minimum opening order for stockists is AUD $5000 or equivalent. Please note minimum spend amounts do not include shipping.

Stockists are required to complete a minimum of AUD $7500 each quarter to maintain exclusivity within their city.

PAYMENT

Payment is to be made on ordering via Credit Card or PayPal.

Once your order is placed, please allow 1-5 days for dispatch.

Choose carefully as cancellations are not possible.

Once your order is placed, products become the property of the buyer.

SHIPPING

Every effort is made to complete delivery within usual timeframes, but no liability is assured for any loss or damage caused by any delay in delivery.

Insurance is included with both Express & Standard shipping services offered to wholesale customers.

Once your order has shipped you will receive your Shipping Confirmation.

Shipping is provided at cost and are the lowest rates available through DHL and Australia Post

If you require your wholesale order quicker than estimated above, include preferred delivery date in the notes when placing your order.

REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

Strictly no returns or exchange on items due to “change of mind”.

Any goods deemed faulty will be replaced (if available) or compensated with store credit.

We do not provide refunds or exchange for wholesale, unless faulty or defective.

We do not provide refunds or exchange if you are unable to sell the product and no credits will be granted.

If there is any fault with any item, please access our Return Portal www.bodile.com/a/return.

We don’t accept returns on items that have been worn or returned without their tags.

The return of any goods must be instigated within 7 days of receiving your order.

A Return Authorisation Number (RMA) is required to ascertain a credit or replacement.

PRODUCT IMAGERY/BRAND ASSETS 

On request BODILE can provide photos & other brand assets for marketing & sales purposes - for use on approved stockists websites and/or social media. Images remain the sole property of BODILE.

Assets must not be edited or changed in any way. Images from our website are approved for reseller user. If any further imagery, branding elements or designed promotional material are required we can assist producing these, in collaboration, at an at-cost fee.

MISCONDUCT

BODILE reserve the right to refuse a stockist or cancel an order if a stockist is misleading in any way or form. We may do this at any time if our brand is being represented in the wrong way.
